My name is Pastor Sandra Fatuma, and I am the pastor of Silver Lake United Methodist Church. Whenever God brings a pastor and congregation together, it marks the beginning of a new chapter filled with possibility, discovery, and shared calling. I am grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside you as we worship, grow in faith, care for one another, and serve our community in the name of Christ.

A little about me: Beginning in July 2026 will serve the Silver Lake UMC, and the Rossville United Methodist Church. I have a deep passion for preaching, pastoral care, and helping congregations live out their faith in meaningful ways within their communities. I am also continuing my theological studies at Perkins School of Theology, where I am pursuing my Master of Divinity. Ministry, for me, is about walking with people through all seasons of life and helping the church become a place where faith is lived, shared, and experienced in everyday life.

My prayer is that together we will continue to be a church that reflects Christ’s love in Silver Lake and beyond.
